After consideration, motion was made by John Everts to deny the 16' X 22' boathouse, to allow would start a precedent in the area with no other boathouses in said area, but allow construction of an 8' x 8 storage building, hardship being terrain and being able to enjoy the same rights and privileges as the neighbors enjoy.
