Motion was made by George Walter, seconded by Andy Leitch and unani­ mously carried, to pay The Northeast Otter Tail County Land Fill the balance of the funds they have coming for land fill purposes. Motion was made by George Walter, seconded by Bert Hovland and carried, to approve the transfer of a metes and bounds description deed executed in 1965 between Clarence Mielke and Mike and Mamie Shasky, for a lot sold prior to present requirements. November 3, 1976 Beck, Portmann, Davis, Estes, Lenius, Ryan, Fjestad. Van Drake also present. Members present were; A motion by Ryan, second by Fjestad to approve the minutes of the October 6, 1976 meeting as mailed. Passed: Voting; All members in favor. Passed:A motion by Portmann, second by Estes to inform Monte Kjos on Big Pine Lake, No. 56-130, that setback can remain same provided dwellings are moved and joined together and central sewage collection system is constructed prior to final plat plans approved by Otter Tail County Board of Commissioners. Voting; All members in favor. A motion by Ryan, unable to obtain a second that Peter Hoff and Tom Greenagel apply for a special use permit within 24 hours regarding property on East Battle Lake, No. 56-138, Sec. 34 of Girard Township. Hoff and Greenagel will follow normal procedure for applying for a special use permit.
