After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Paul Larson and unanimously carried, with.the verbal permission of the application, to table this request until the April 7,-2005 Board of Adjustment meeting to allow the applicants an opportunity to reconsider their plans and to meet on site with Kyle ' Westergard to discuss their development plans. Glarification- Kevin Zitzow After consideration and discussion, Randall Mann made a motion, second by Michael Conlon and unanimously carried, to approve the following: 1) a variahoe of 6’ from the required side lot line setback of 10’ and a variance from the road right-of-way setback with aMetter of approval from the township for the placement of a holding tank 4’ from the side lot line and at least 50’ from the ordinary high water level, 2) a variance of 72’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for a proposed 7’ 8” by 15’ 5" - screen enclosure located 28’ from the ordinary high water level, and 3) a variance of 65’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the placement of a 4’ by.5’ roof over an entry door located 35’ from the ordinary high wafer level with the condition that the existing shed must be removed from it present location and either the existing shed or a new shed of equal or lesser size.can be placed in a location which is no closer to the ordinary high water level then the lakeside wall of the main house :and: . must also be placed at least 10’ from the lot line on whichever side of the lot the applicant would choose to place the structure. After consideration and discussion, Paul Larson made a motion, second by Rod Boyer and unanimously carried, to deny the variance as requested from the required side lot line setback of 10’ as no adequate hardship unique to the property had been shown that would allow for the granting of the variance as requested.
