Marcus Wiechmann noninated George Walter for Chairman for the year 1987. After the second call for nqn- inations, motion was made Marcus Weichmann, seconded John Everts and unanimously carried, that noninations cease, and George Walter was declared Chairman. GEORGE WALTER CHAIRMAN Chairman Walter then called for noninations for Vice Chairman. John Everts noninated Craig Anderson. Hearing no other nominations for Vice Chairman, John Everts moved, J'larcus Weichmann seconded, and carried, that noninations cease and Craig Anderson was decleired Vice Chairman for 1987. CRAIG ANDERSOI VICE CHAIRMAN The following variance requests were considered: Robert A. Spanswick, Underwood, MN, requested permission to place a roof over an existing dedc, 55' from lake, on Lot 2, Denwood Acres, First Addition, Pickeral Lake, Maine Township. After consideration, motion was made by George Walter to deny, no adequate hardship shown. The motion was seconded by Marcus Wiechmann and carried upon the following vote: Yes - Walter, Wiechmann, Schwartz, Anderson No - Roger Marty Abstaining - John Everts 3PANSWICK - DENIED Peter & Colleen Stanton, Osseo, MN, requested permission to build a cabin in G.L. 6, Section 25, Dead Lake Township, 150'.'from Lake Alice rather than the 200' as required. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson to deny, no adequate hardship shown. The motion was seconded by Marcus Wiechmann and carried upon the following vote: STANTOSI - DENIED All voting in favor Ernest J. Lemmerman, Mound, MN, requested permission to construct a 6' x 16' screened porch 69' fron Pickeral Lake, and construct a fireplace on the outside of the cabin, 4' froi. e lotline, on Lot 11 and S^s of 10, Block 3, Amended Plat of Haggstrc -, i^ach, and part of Lots 13 & 14 of Haggstron Beach Addition, Maine Tcuf/i ^.iiip.
