Variance Application for property on Pickerel Lake (56-475).RE:
Dear Mr. Hoisted:
Enclosed please find that I am returning your Variance Application, $25.00
fee and drawing. The State Department of Natural Resources is in the
process of revising it's Shoreland Management Ordinance. In the revisions
there is a provision allowing storage sheds closer to the lake than the
current setback requirement. Therefore, a variance is not required at this
time.
I have kept copies of your application and drawing for future reference. We
will inform you after the revisions are in effect, if a variance is
required.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact our
office.
