Timothy M. Braun, Peliccin Rapids, MN, requested permission to build
a 12' X 24' addition behind house, with an upper story, present hone
being 30' to 40' back fron lake, on Sublot L of G.L. 1, Section 11,
Scambler Township. After consideration, motion was made by Craig
Anderson to grant a 6' variance and present variance frcm lake,
hardship being a substandard lot of record, applicant seeking addi
tional floor space and not changing from original building line.
The motion was seconded by Roger Marty and carried upon the following
vote:

Harlan H. Nelson, Milnor, ND, requested permission to construct a
24' X 40' garage and workshop, 2' from lot line, on Lot 8, Block 5,
Amended Plat of Subdivision of Reserve A, B, C, D of Haggstrom Beach,
Maire Township. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Ander
son to grant variance of 4' from lot line (6' variance), hardship
being able to enjoy the same rights and privileges as the neighbors
enjoy, on a substandard lot of record, conplicated by odd angles as
to shape of lot, proven in the fact the road having been changed
three times. The motion was seconded George Walter and carried

David Roger Lehrke, Fergus Falls, MSI, requested permission to build
a screened porch connected to lakeside of existing cabin vhich is
approximately 75' from shoreline, on Shady Nook Beach, Section 5
Maine Township. After consideration, motion was made by Roger Mbrty
to deny, no adequate hardship Shown. The motion was seconded by John
Everts and carried upon the following vote:

E. L. Lenthe, Moorhead, MN, requested permission to allow his present
sewage system to ronain as presently located on Tract called Sublot A
of G.L. 6, Section 2, Scambler Township. After consideration, motion
was made by John Everts to deny, applicant not singled out, purpose
is to bring sewage systems into coitroliance with State Health Board
standards and this Board has not corpromised with said standards.
The motion was seconded by Craig Anderson and carried ipon the following

Wiechmann to deny, no adequate hardship showi?,with alternatives,
such as natural plantings to obtain the needed privacy. The motion
was seconded by John Everts and carried ipon the follcwing vote:
