Kubela, Wahpeton, ND, requested a variance that would allow the trailer house on Lot 15 to remain as It is currently located. On September 12th, 1991 a variance was granted on Lot 14 that allowed for a new trailer with an addition to be placed up to the string line, with the string line being applied from the trailer house on Lot 15 to the yellow house to the west, also the 8' by 20' trailer, the 8' by 30' trailer and the boat house must be removed, and when the new trailer and construction is completed on Lot 14 the trailer house on Lot 15 will be removed. The two trailers and the boat house have been removed and the applicant is now requesting permission to leave the trailer house on Lot 15. After consideration, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson to deny the variance as requested as no adequate hardship had been shown. The motion failed wUh John Everts, Craig Anderson, Cecil Femling voting yes and with Randall Mann, George Walter, Carl Johnson voting no. After additional consideration and discussion, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Carl Johnson and unanimously carried, to table this variance request for sight line measurement information. David P. Koppe - Tabled David P, Koppe, Minnetonka, MN, requested a variance of 120' from the required ordinary high water level setback of 200' for the construction of a 28' by 34' structure (with a 1 O' by 14' structure extension) 80' from the required ordinary high water level. If the variance is approved the applicant will remove the existing 26' by 1 9' structure (with a 6' by 9' structure extension) which is currently setback 68' from the ordinary high water level. After consideration, motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by Randall Mann to deny the variance as requested as no adequate hardship had been shown. The inotion failed with Cecil Femling and Randall Mann voting yes, George Walter and Carl Johnson voting no, and with Craig Anderson and John Everts abstaining. After additional consideration and discussion, motion was made by Carl Johnson, seconded by Randall Mann and carried with Cecil Femling voting no, to table the variance request until the next meeting to allow more of the board members an opportunity to view the property. John Davenport - Approved John Davenport, Murfreesboro, TN, requested a variance of 5 to 7' from the required side lot line setback of 1 O' for the enclosure of an existing porch located 3 to 5' from the side lot line and a variance to allow two dwellings on one lot.
