The motion died for lack of a second. After additional discussion, with the consideration that Mr. Nelson sells no portion of the total property, motion was made by Tom Stringer to approve, topography creating a hardship, would serve the legitimate objective of reducing the crowding on the lake by having a commitment for an unknown number of years that the lots would be tied together. We are dealing with 360 feet of frontage on the aggregate and therefore :no precedent on that lake or very low precential value.
