MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried to
approve a 20’ variance from the required shore impact zone setback of 100' and a variance of
120' from the required ordinary high water level setback of 200' for the construction of a 30'
by 36' dwelling; to approve a variance of 5’ from the required 1 O' setback for the placement of
a holding tank 5' from the garage and to approve a variance of 10' from the required setback of
20' for the placement of a drain field 1 O' from the garage. The hardship being a substandard lot
of record. Width of this lot does not lend itself to the placement of the garage in line with the
home.
