Motion was made by George Waiter, seconded by Randail Mann and unanimously carried, to approve a variance
of 11 O' from the required ordinary high water level setback of 200' and a variance of 1 O' from the shore
impact zone setback of 100' for the construction of a dwelling 90' from the ordinary high water level.
