Because of the Our main reason for desiring a small storage build ing near the lake is that our lot is at quite a slant all the way from our road to the water with a steep bank near the lake,for my husband to get the boat motor(in particular) and other heavy gear down and of course back up from the shore. I would feel a lot better about health risks if he didn't have to carry that heavy load up after a week-end at the cottage.he dreads the carrying. As we get older, it becomes more difficult Sometimes, he doesn't even go out to fish because The site we have selected has several small trees growing there and the little house would be near the bank and behind the trees, thereby being screened and not noticeable from the lake at all. Two of our neighbors, Tom O'Brien and John Bald already have storage buildings on the shore bo we will not be the first.
