EXPLAIN YOUR PROBLEM HERE:Construction on Lots 3 and 6 has restricted my view of
the lake. In both cases that constnaction is between the lake and the current setback
requirment. In both cases construction as well as purchase of the respective lots was
made after I had purchased lots Ii and 5. Adherence to the setback requirment on aoc
lots I4 and 5 crea,tes an undesirable building condition. Variance is requested to
permit building on lots I4 and 5 on a sliding line no closer to the lake than comparable
construction on lots 3 and 6,
In order to properly evaluate the situation, please provide as much supplementary information as possible, such as: maps,
plans, information about surrounding property, etc.
