Anthony Hofmann, New York Mills, MN, represented by John Lex, pur
chaser, requested permission to place a mobile home 115' from lake
on the NW*aSPi & Lot 2, Section 33, Pine Lake Township on Hubberman
Lake. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson,
seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to grant a 70'
variance, placing mobile home at least 130' from the lake, hardship
being the best spot on the lot due to terrain.
Stuart Ystebo, Moorhead, MN, requested permission to build a 32' x
42' garage O' from road right-of-way, on Lot 1 , Oenwood Acres,
Pickeral Lake in Maine Township,
made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously car
ried, to deny, no adequate hardship shown, to allow would establish
a precedence for the rest of the property owners along said road.
Ingrid L. Olson, Milwaukee, WI, requested permission to record a
document by metes and bounds description of less than 7H acres,
which was to have been Lot 4, Block 1, Connie Olson Development,
which was never recorded, on Tamarack Lake in Scambler Township.
Mike Rengel, attorney, represented Ms. Olson. After consideration,
motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and
unanimously carried, to grant approval, hardship being legal en
tanglement in the purchase of property that was to have been a
platted lake lot on a development that was never completed in a
reasonable time, no precedence being set, subject to surveyor's
drawing.
Werner L. Peterson, Saint Paul , MN, requested permission to build a
second story on both ends of cabin, on Parcel #16, of Lot 8,
Section 3, Nidaros Township on Stuart Lake,
motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Carl Johnson and unani
mously carried, to grant approval, no closer to lake than existing
cabin, hardship being substandard lot of record.
Ralph Conoryea, Saint Paul, MN, requested permission to construct
a 12' X 26' addition to kitchen, requiring a 1* to 2' variance
from side lot line on Parcel C of G.L. 1, Section 33, Lida Township,
on Lake Lida.
Oehler, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to
approve a 2' variance, being 8' from property line, hardship being
a substandard lot of record.
Rossum.
Loretta Buchan, tabled from the September and October meetings, was
again tabled, until the line dispute is settled, by motion of Craig
Anderson, second by John Everts and unanimously carried.

Dear Bill:
Enclosed is our application for site permit. As you might
recall we met with you last September at our lot on Pickeral
to answer some of our questions regarding setback
requirements etc.
