As you might recall we met with you last September at our lot on Pickeral to answer some of our questions regarding setback requirements etc. across the front of the cottage with steps dropping 5-6 feet to the ground. In our conversation last fall, you indicated that the deck area might be considered a Water Oriented Structure and could be placed in front of the 100' setback structure requirement. Does this require any other special permits or variances or will this all be OK'd with the site permit?
