MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve a variance
of 84' from the required ordinary high water level setback of 200' for the placement of a 16' by 80' mobile
home with a deck 116' from the ordinary high water level and for the construction of a 32' by 36' garage
behind the mobile home, but within the 200' setback requirement. Hardship being a substandard lot of record.
The granting of the variance will allow the applicant reasonable use of his property. It should be noted that the
deck will be setback 116' from the ordinary high water level and will be no closer to the ordinary high water
level than the existing trailer.
