Board of Adjustment - 4 -June 5, 1986
Larry Albright, Qvinner, ND, requested permission to allow a mobile
hone as presently located 72 feet from lake on the Ely of Lot 16,
Birchwood Shores, Maine Township. After consideration, motion was
made by Marcus Wiechmann, to grant permission to leave mobile hone
at 84' frcm water's edge, provided the hitch is removed flush with
the mobile hone and the screen porch is removed by July 15th, 1986.
Hardship being.the terrain. The motion was seconded by Roger Jtorty
and carried upon the following vote:

50' closer to shore of North Ten Mile Lake, than the required 200',
on part of G.L. 1, Section 17, Tumuli Township. Motion was made by
Victor Petterson to table. Ihe motion was seconded by Roger Marty
and carried upon the following vote:
