We respectfully request your approval of this proposal. Strict enforcement of the present standards of 20% for side yard minimum and ifO' set back from the road for a garage on our present site would not only be unreasonable bWt just not feasible or practical. Our three bedrooms are facing south and we must have light and ventilation, as well as preserve as many trees as we can. Last, but not least, we must have a pleasing overall design of the house and garage on the lot. We plan to make this our permanent home and will have a total Investment in excess of $20,Q00 when our plans are completed. I might add we take great pride in our homes and our completed plan would in no way detract from the present surroundings, but would rather increase property values in the neighborhood. We would appreciate your decision on this proposed building as soon as possible, as we have a sale on our home in Breckenridge and we must have the additional room before we move to the lake permanently.
