Office for viewing). The wall will vary in height from on-grade near the MBR to approximately 30” (not to exceed 36”) depending upon topography in front of the sun room. From the SE corner of the great room to the NE corner of the sun room, the back-fill will need to be lowered approximately 18” to allow this area to be one level. I expect that some fill may need to be removed in order to accomplish this. Each step will be a 6” rise and 18” run.
