Minutes Approved - The minutes of the May 1, 1997, meeting were approved with the following correction: Todd Baribeau - Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to correct the following statement contained in the May 1, 1997, minutes. “with the condition that no additional variances will be granted for this lot," to read as follows: with the condition that no additional variances will be granted for the location/placement of the building/structure on this lot. The following variance requests were heard: Joseph Swentek - Approved Joseph Swentek, Jr., Fergus Falls, MN, requested a variance of approximately 62’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ and a variance of approximately 12’ from the required shore impact zone setback of 50’ for the construction of a 12’ by 50’ deck approximately 38’ from the ordinary high water level at it closest corner.
