I would like an attached garage so that when I’m 80, I don’t have to walk across the yard with groceries. I would appreciate having the house lifted so that I wouldn’t have to have steps in my home. We would also like a 16’ by 20’ addition on the eastside as it would be a delightful room with the morning sun. Closest construction point will be approximately 5T from water line. Requesting a variance of 49’ from ordinary high water level. East side addition will have deck connecting to existing deck. We are willing to move septic for the east addition.
