After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson to grant a 6' variance and present variance frcm lake, hardship being a substandard lot of record, applicant seeking addi­ tional floor space and not changing from original building line. The motion was seconded by Roger Marty and carried upon the following vote: 'imothy M. Braun Approved Yes - all No - none Harlan H. Nelson, Milnor, ND, requested permission to construct a 24' X 40' garage and workshop, 2' from lot line, on Lot 8, Block 5, Amended Plat of Subdivision of Reserve A, B, C, D of Haggstrom Beach, Maire Township. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Ander­ son to grant variance of 4' from lot line (6' variance), hardship being able to enjoy the same rights and privileges as the neighbors enjoy, on a substandard lot of record, conplicated by odd angles as to shape of lot, proven in the fact the road having been changed three times. Lenthe, Moorhead, MN, requested permission to allow his present sewage system to ronain as presently located on Tract called Sublot A of G.L. 6, Section 2, Scambler Township. After consideration, motion was made by John Everts to deny, applicant not singled out, purpose is to bring sewage systems into coitroliance with State Health Board standards and this Board has not corpromised with said standards.
