The required setback is 10’. “This is a second request that an approved holding .tank be allowed to remain in its present location. The tank was less than 10’ from an existing garage when it was installed. A carport was built over the buried tank and • approved by Otter Tail County. The carport has now been enclosed. No action was taken on this motion as members of the Board of Adjustment were considering the possibility of granting some other type of variance for the placement of the applicant holding tank in an alternative location.
