Marion F. Propst, Richville, MN, requested permission to allow a mobile home to remain
as presently located on a piece of property adjacent to Lot 15, Mielke Beach, Rush Lake
Township. After considerable discussion, motion was made by Craig Anderson to grant
a ten foot variance from the lot line common to Lot 15 and property adjacent on the
west side of Lot 15 subject to lease, until termination of an existing lease on
August 17, 1990, hardship being a situation unique to this property, and circumstances
giving rise to the uniqueness of this property. The motion was seconded by Roger
Marty and carried.
