Swenson, Fergus Falls, MN, requested permission to allow grain bins to remain as located, approximately 15' from road ri^t- of-way, on lots 3 & 4, Section 19, Friberg Township. After consider^ ation, motion was mads by Victor Petterson, seconded by Daniel O^ler and unciniirously carried, on the condition no more bins are built, nor the present ones replaced. Lana Bjorguti, Grand Rapids, MN, requested permission to add a 12' x 24' addition to existing cabin, requiring a varianoe frctti the side lot set back, on Lot 9, Shady Nock Beach Addition, Maine Township cn Pickerel Lake. After consideration, motion was made by JChn Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to grant approval, hardship being a substandard lot of record, and being able to enjoy the same rights and privileges as the others in the area enjoy. Trunan Strand, Pelican Rapids, requested permission to construct a garage 3' fran lot line, on Lot 12 Inlet Beach, Lida Township on Lake Lida. After consideration, motion was made by Carl JChnson, seconded by Daniel Oehler and carried, with George Walter voting "no", to grant a 6' varianoe, allowing building 4' from property line, hardship being a si±istandcird lot of record. David Fisher, Richville, MN, requested permission to purchase a small parcel to attach to existing property on Lots 4 & 5, Shaffer Beach, Pickeral Lake in Maine Township. After oonsideration, motion was made by Carl JChnscai, seconded by John E\«rts and unanimously carried, to grant ^proval, retaining grandfather rights for construction, harcJ- ship being terrain. Daniel Moe, Cberlin, OH, requested permission to split off a 15' strip from a 150' lot, to attached to adjacent property, out of Lots 1, 2, 3, Beauty Beacdi, Otter Tail Lake in Amor Township, without losing grandfather rights. After c»nsideraticn, motion was made by Carl Johnson, seooncisd by John Everts and carried unanimously, to grant approval, on the cxarviition the portion split off remain forever at­ tached to the cuijacent lot, and the remadning 135' remain as one lot, with no further splitting.
