SAMPSON HILL APPROVED John Hartman, Saint Paul, MN, represented by Peter Hoff, Attorney, requested permission to split a parcel containing 140' of lake shore, lying between BoweiyBeach and 1st Add'n to Bowery Beach, in Section 6, Dunn Township on Pelican Lake. After listening to the various interested parties, moticn was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Victor Petterson and unanimously carried, to grant approval, subject to svimssion of a surveyor's drawing of the property in questior): and on the condition the storage shed be located at least 10' from the lot line of Lot 16, Bowery Beach, and the easterly line of the split lot be no less than 10' from west side of center building. Hardship being a substandard situation and the best use of a former resort, resulting in an inproved situation. Although we have not received any Notice of Hearing for Variance by mail, Doug Johnson did provide us with a copy of the Notice and we waive any further notice of hearing, if any is required.
