To build an addition on lake side approximately lOx 30’6” and an addition on back side comer approximately 8’6”x 12’ this includes footings with two runs of 1/2 “ rebar and two rows of 8” block filled to grade with gravel and finished with 4” concrete slad for the floors of both additions. One 3’0” walk door on back addition. One 60”x68” patio door on fi-ont addition, one 48x48 slider window, 3 72x60 slider windows, and one 36x36 slider window. Price includes removal of existing roof (rafters and ceiling) and replaced with 30’6” 6/12 pitch scissor tmss rafters. Roof to be shingled with 30 year timberline shingles. Soffits and fascia to be medal and installed. Exteior to be tyveked and siding ready. Price includes V joint pine for ceiling, and vinyl siding. Price does not include varnishing of Pine or installing, or labor to install siding. Also does not include electrical, plumbing, or any interior work. Price includes dirt work and all clean up. All debris to be hauled to legal dump sight. Estimation on feze two could be fi-om $25,000.00 to $45,000.00 depending on choice of interior finishing’s. All alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra cost, will be executed only upon written orders, and will beccane an extra over and above the estimate. We are the immediate/adjacent property to the west of the Becklund property. After reviewing their request, we have no concerns about their addition as this would not obstruct our view.
