After consideration, motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by Victor Petterson and unanimously carried, to approve the transfer of 100' to the applicant's neighbor with the condition that the 100' must be permanently attached to the buyer's existing property. The 100' parcel cannot exist as a separate lot.
