Patio is presently attached to the cabin and is covered by a roof. The screened in patio would be 41' from the lake and 6' from the east property lot line. Hardship being substandard lot of record and the adjoining lots have boathouses that go right up to the lot lines. Also, the patio would be in line with most of the other structures in that location. In 1982 Mr. Cummings was permitted for a total of 130 RV units and he is complying with the requirements of that permit which allows him to increment by 25 units until he reaches the 130 maximum that he was permitted for in 1982.
