The Harmson cabin, on our east, already extends well beyond even our proposed addition. The Anderson cabin on the west does not. However, if the chalk line rule is used, you will note not much of our proposal is outside of the line. Please refer to the Variance is requested for this reason. Also, Mr. Robert Anderson, on our west, has indicated that he, too, wishes to build on the south. The Benson cabin on his west is already well beyond where Andersops and ourselves wish to build. The diagram should explain all. We believe our request for variance does not defeat the very useful purpose of shoreline management, and sincerely hope this request is given proper and favorable consideration. Thank you.
