Signature: .X Chairman Otter Tail Board of AdjustmentMKL 0483 -001 231,616 — Victor Lundeen Co., Printers, Fergus Falls, Minnesota OTTER TAIL COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT APRIL 4TH, 1991 CHARLES FOSTER-APPROVED Charles Foster, Arthur, ND, requested permission to build a 16' addition to his cabin. The addition will be 8' from the lot line. Property described as Lot 2. Grobe Beach, Little Pelican Lake in Dunn Township. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Victor Petterson and unanimously carried, to approve a 2' variance from the side lot line setback. Hardship being substandard lot of record and setback from side lot line of this new addition would be consistent with the present structure, also no precedent is being established. CRAIG SURDY-DENIED Craig Surdy, Minnetonka, MN, requested a variance that would allow him to keep the existing bedroom located on the second story of the garage. The garage is six feet from the cabin and is attached by upper and lower decks. Variance would be to allow two dwellings on one parcel. Property is described as Lot 6 , Block 3, Echo Ranch Riviera, Otter Tail Lake in Otter Tail Township. Erwin Anderson appeared and spoke against the variance request. Virginia Grabarkewitz appeared and spoke in favor of the variance request. After consideration, motion was made by Victor Petterson, and seconded by George Walter and unanimously carried, to deny allowing two dwellings on one lot. Reason for denial is that the ordinance does not allow two dwellings per lot. KEITH FALCONER-APPROVED Keith Falconer, Moorhead, MN, requested permission to build an 18' by 25' addition to the ex (sting cottage of approximately 450 square feet and an 18' by 12' open patio on the northwest corner of the existing cottage.
