Pelican Lake. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson,
seconded by Dan Oehler and unanimously carried, to grant approval,
hardship being a substandard lot of record, with this location being
the least amount of variance required.

Alvin A. Nelson, Fargo, ND, requested permission to ccnstruct a 14' x
16' screen porch onto the existing garage 7' from lot line, on Lot 2,
Block 3, AmeniM Plat of Sub Division of P!es. A, B, C, & D of Hagg- strom's Beach, Maine Township on Pickeral Lake. After oonsi^ration,
motion was made by Victor Petterson, to grant approval, hardship
being a substandard lot of record. The motion was seconded by Dan
Oehler and carried unanimously.

After consideration, motion was made by Victor Petterson, seconded ty
Carl Johnson and unanimously carried, to table until Octcber.

Kermith & Elaine Dybdal, Elbow Lake, M4, requested permission to con
struct a dwelling 75' frcm shoreline of North Ten Mile Lake, on a par
cel in G.L. 3, Section 21, Tumuli Township, and replace an existing
boathouse 8' from side-lot line. After consideration, Tnotion was made
by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried,
to allow a 75' set-back for the dwelling, hardship being the best
location on lot, to enjcy the same ric^ts and privileges as others
enjoi', allowing building no closer than existing structure. Moti'Cn
was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and carried, vhth
Carl Johnson and Victor Petterson voting "no", to deny the request for
the replacement of the boathouse, no adequate hardship shown.

Farmers State Bank of Dent, requested permission to split a 1.50 acre
parcel into two parcels, out of the property adjacent to the cemetery
in Section 27, Edna Township. After consideration, moticn was made
by Carl Johnson, seconded by Victor Petterson and un^imously carried,
to approve, subject to submission of surveyor's drawing.

represented applicant Gene Curtis. Motion was made by Victor Petterson,
seconded by Carl Johnson and carried with Craig Anderson voting "no",
to reconsiefer this application, as no change from a previously denied
application. After consido ration, motion was made by Victor Petterson,
seconded by Carl Johnson and carried, with Craig Anderson voting "no",
to grant approval, on the condition that there be no other water
orientated structure, or any other structure, hardship being the
irregularity of the other buildings on the shoreline, and the property
being a substonclard lot of record.
