an existing parcel, increasing the existing parcel to 1.24 acres, leaving a 1.6

was made by Craig Anderson to grant permission, on the condition drawings are submitted
containing both parcels, the one parcel being conveyed and the parcel being retained,
with this being the last variance granted on either parcel. Ihe motion was seconded
by Marcus l-feichmann and unanimously carried.
