Motion
Motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to deny the variance as
requested as no adequate hardship had been shown and the granting of the variance to subdivide the 8 acre tract
would result in a parcel requiring a variance to place a structure. It was noted that the 8-acre parcel had many sites
that would provide the applicant with a reasonable use of his property.
