After consideration, motion was made by Daniel Oehler, seconded by Craig Andersen and unanimously carried, to grant approval, construction meets the string test, subject to removal of old structure, hardship being terrain and a substandard lot of record. John Hartman, Saint Paul, MM, represented by Peter Hoff, Attorney, requested permission to split a parcel contairu.ng 140' of lake shore, lying between BoweryBeach and 1st Add'n to Bowery Beach, in Section 6, Dunn Township on Pelican Lake. After listening to the various interested parties, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Victor Petterson cind unanimoisly carried, to grant ^proval, subject to submission of a surwyor's drawing of the property in question; and the condition the storage shed be located at least 10' from the lot line of Lot 16, Bowery Beach, and the easterly line of the split lot be no less than 10' from west side of center building. Heurdship being a substandard situation and the best use of a former resort, resulting in an inproved situation. After consideration, motion was made hy Victor Petterson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve, hardship being substandard lot of record. JOIN HARTMAN APPROVED on DOUG JOHNSON APPROVED William & Agnes Wallace, Bamesville, MN, requested permission to move boathouse,which is currently situated 20' from lake, to 73' from lake, locating 6' from lot line, on parcel in G.L. 2, Section 9, Pine Lake Township, on Big Pine Lake, was made by Ccurl Johnson, seconded by Victor Petterson and unanimously carried, to grant approval, hardship being substandard lot of record, and inprovement of existing situation.
