MINUTES APPROVED-May 7th, 1992 Hearing no corrections or additions the minutes of the May 7th, 1992 meeting were declared approved as mailed. The following variance requests were heard: IRaymond Anderson-Approved i4Raymond Anderson, Pelican Rapids, MN, requested a variance of 1 O' from the required drain field setback of 20' for the construction of a 20' by 26' garage. The property is described as a tract in Government Lot 4, Section 27 of Lida Township on Lake Lida. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request. After consideration, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve a 1 O' variance from the required drain field setback of 20' for the construction of a 20' by 26' garage. This Is a reasonable Ixation for the placement of the garage and there is adequate room for maintenance of the drain field.
