(8:33 p.m.) After discussion and consideration, Cecil Femling made a motion, seconded by Joe Maske and unanimously carried, to declare Lot 5 Block 1, John’s Cove First Addition and part of Government Lot 3 (parcel no. 38-000-14-0094-007) as a buildable lot for residential development. The Board noted that the variance as approved is consistent with past actions of the Board of Adjustment. One comer of the proposed addition is approximately 62’ from the river and the other corner of the.addition is approximately 80’ from the river. The proposed addition is away from the river and towards the wetland. Chairman Mann polled the audience with no one speaking for or against the variance as requested. After discussion and consideration, Michael Conlon made a motion, second by Steve Schiererand unanimously carried, to approve a variance from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the placement of a 36’ by 38’ addition onto the backside of an existing 14’ by 80’ mobile home as depicted on the applicant’s drawing. The Board noted that there is no other place for the proposed improvement and that the proposed addition is to the rear of the existing structure. Mary C Mahoney - Approved the variance as requested. Dick - Approved the variance as requested. (8:36 p.m.) Daniel J. Dick, part of Government Lot 1, Lot 16 and part of Lot 17, Merryland Park, Marion Lake in Rush Lake Township, requested a variance to split Lots 16 and 17A (53-000-99-0295-000) from part of Government Lot 1 (53-000-07-0035-007). Lots 16 and 17A to be considered buildable lots. After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Cecil Femling and unanimously earned, to approve the variance as requested and as described in the variance application dated May 10, 2004. The Board noted that the variance approval cleans this area up. Warren R and Vonette Busch - Approved the variance as requested with conditions. (8:42 p.m.) Warren R and Vonette Busch, Lot 3 Block 1, Oksness Addition, Otter Tail Lake in Otter Tail Township, requested a variance to have Lot 3 Block 1, Oksness Addition declared a buildable lot for nonresidential development. Chairman Mann polled the audience with no one speaking for or against the variance as requested. After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to declare Lot 3 Block 1, Oksness Addition as a builable lot for nonresidential/non dwelling structures with the following conditions; 1.)
