After consideration, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Daniel Oehler and carried with Cecil Johnson voting "no", to deny, no adequate hardship shown. Arlin Abell, Breckenridge, MN, requested permission to plat an area located in G.L. 1, 2 & 9, Section 12, Maine Township, on Pickeral Lake, into substandard lots to be used as back lots. Appearing and speaking was Joe Christianson. After consideration, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Daniel Oehler and unanimously carried, to deny, lack of hardship shown with nothing compelling this board to vary the requirements of the ordinance in establishing substan dard lots.
