By general consent, Cotmissioner Lindquist was authorized to respond to the questionnaire stating the reasoning for dissoluticxi was the cormission created another l^er of government, a levy was necessary to continue cpcration, that the county was acocrplishing the same thing with less money, and the county was in favor of the dissolution. An application from the Lake Runners Trail Association was reviewed by the Board, for a new trail project propoead to the I4I DNR, at a totad amount of $16,500.00 with $14,850.00 being grant finds. Motion was made by Bert Hovland, seconded by Anfy Lindquist and carried, to aipprove the request for funding, and the Chairman of the Boeurd was authorized to sign the agreement on behalf of Otter Tail County.
