RE: Application for Variance - Doug Johnson - Lot Seven (7)
Sundberg Point Addition 12-134-41, Pickerel Lake
Dear Ms. Bergerud:
Please be advised that we purchased Lot Six (6) of Sundberg Point
Addition, Otter Tail County, Minnesota on August 15, 1990 from
Lloyd and Irene Duenow. Although we have not received any Notice
of Hearing for Variance by mail, Doug Johnson did provide us with
a copy of the Notice and we waive any further notice of hearing, if
any is required.
Be further advised that we feel the proposed variance request will
be a nice addition to Sundberg Point Addition and have no objection
to your granting the variance as requested.
Sincerely,
Steven J. Lies
