Motion
David Wieser, Lori Hanson, Sandra Matthews and Paul Kelly - Approved the variance application as requested with
conditions. (7:55 p.m.)
After discussion and consideration, David Wass, made a motion, second by Thomas Lee and unanimously carried, to approve the
variance as requested in the variance api^ation dated August 4, 2013 and as depicted on the drawings submitted with the
variance application with the condition thafa registered surveyor’s drawing must be provided, with the condition that the road
easement must extend to the westerly end of the property and with the condition that the requirements of the existing conditional
use permit remain in force. It was noted that the number of lots are decreasing and becoming larger and that any remaining
portion from the lot reconfiguration will be attached to an existing 18 acres parcel currently owned jointly by all of the applicants.
