conditions. (7:55 p.m.)
After discussion and consideration, David Wass, made a motion, second by Thomas Lee and unanimously carried, to approve the
variance as requested in the variance api^ation dated August 4, 2013 and as depicted on the drawings submitted with the variance application with the condition thaTa registered surveyor’s drawing must be provided, with the condition that the road
easement must extend to the westerly end of the property and with the condition that the requirements of the existing conditional
use permit remain in force. It was noted that the number of lots are decreasing and becoming larger and that any remaining
portion from the lot reconfiguration will be attached to an existing 18 acres parcel currently owned jointly by all of the applicants.

After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Ward Uggerud and unanimously
carried, to approve a variance of 74’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100' for the development
as proposed in the variance application dated August 21, 2013, which consist of lifting and existing cabin and adding
a single story underneath. The hardship/practical difficulty is very substandard lot of record. The proposed
development will not obstruct the view from the adjacent properties and does not increase the amount of impervious
surfaces.
Marty A and Nancy L Hanson - Approved the variance application as requested with a condition. (7:47 p.m.)
Marty A and Nancy L Hanson, part of Government Lots 4 and 5, Section 17 of Lida Township by Lake Lida, request
the following: Revise currently approved C.U.P. # 6536 to allow placement of Cabins 14 through 18 as shown on the
drawing on file in the County Auditor’s office to be placed at a 20’ setback form the property line. Said cabins would
be within 50’ buffer, but would not disturb current vegetative buffer currently shown and approved on C.U.P. #6536.
Unit 18 will replace two camper units currently placed and approved on C.U.P. #6536 28’ and 12.19’ from property
line. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the variance as requested. After discussion and
consideration, David Wass made a motion, second by Michael Harris and unanimously carried, to approve the
variance as requested in the variance application dated August 21, 2013 and as depicted on the drawings submitted
with the variance application with the condition that impervious surface changes as noted on the plan must be made
before any site permits can be issued.

requested with conditions. (7:55 p.m.)
David Wieser, Lori Hanson, Sandra Matthews and Paul Kelly, part of Government Lots 3 and 4, Section 11 of Maine
Township by Pickerel Lake, requested the following: Changing 6 metes and bounds lots into 4 meets and bounds
lots. They will be all 2.5 plus acres in size. All single family use. All lots will be 150’plus lake frontage. Our family
owns 18 plus acres adjacent to the North #38-000-11-0077-000. Any leftover pieces can be combined so they all are
over 5 acres. We are removing 1 lake lot. We are trying to square up the lots to the lake, to be more practical and
reasonable use. We are exchanging land with Kelly to help square the lots to lake. Metes and Bounds requirement 5
acres. Randy Matthews was in attendance and represented Sandra Matthews. The audience was polled with no one
speaking for or against the variance as requested. After discussion and consideration, David Wass, made a motion,
second by Thomas Lee and unanimously carried, to approve the variance as requested in the variance application
dated August 4, 2013 and as depicted on the drawings submitted with the variance application with the condition that
a registered surveyor’s drawing must be provided, with the condition that the road easement must extend to the

Discussion - Donald and Lori Beck Variance Hearing November 1, 2012
Mark Johnson and Steve Zimmerman appeared to discuss if their current plan (depicted on a drawing submitted with
an email dated August 15, 2012) meets the Board of Adjustment's intention from when the application was originally
heard and approved. After discussion and consideration, it was stated that the current plan does fall within the
guidelines of the variance as originally approved. A new registered surveyor’s drawing would be necessary.
With no further business, Steve Schierer, Chairman declared the meeting adjourned at 8:18 p.m.
