split a 200' lakeshora property, which had been pwciiased as two
separate descriptions, into two separate descriptions, allowing a

to construct duelling 151' from ordinary high water mark, on Dead Lake,
on Lot 9 S 10, Block 1, Govern Add'n, Dead Lake Township. Jtotion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by George Walter to deny, but failed
with three yes votes and three no votes. Motion was then made by
Craig Anderson, seconded by Victor Petterson and unanimously carried,
to allow construction 200' fron three large deciduous trees described
on map. Hardship being a considerable difference as to where the
ordinary high water mark is located and the topogr^hy naps.

The Donald Prepodnik matter, tabled from the Octcter-meeting was
again brought before the Board, with motion by Carl Johnson to grant
a 50' variance, construction at 150’ fran Lake Spitzer, on Lot 2,
Block 1, Woodland Development, 1st Add'n, leaf Mountain Township.
The moticn was seconded ly Victor Petterson, but failed with George
Walter, Daniel Odiler, John Everts and Craig Andersen voting "no".
Motion was then made by Victor Petterson to grant construction at
165' fran the lake. The motion was seconded by Craig Anderson
and carried, with Jehn Everts and Carl Johnson voting "no", hardship
being terrain.

The Darrel Forsgren matter, tabled fran Septenter and Octcter, was
again brought before the Board for consideration,
by Victor Petterson, seconded by Daniel Oehler and unanimously car
ried, to grant approval, on the condition the parcel to be oonv^ed
to be tied in with existing lot, subject to drawing by a registered
land surveyor, and a non-buildable lot, excepit for auxiliary building,
such as garage, no dwelling.
The Keith Newman matter tabled fran the Septenter meeting, was again
tabled until April, 1991, upon motion made by Victor Petterson,
