Ken Lyden- Approved as requested with conditions. (7:58 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, Randaji Mann made a motion, second by Steve Schierer and unanimousiy carried
to approve the proposed subdivision' of Lot 25 Grystai Springs with the foiiowing conditions: 1) the west half of Lot 25
must be perrhanentiy attached to Lot 10 and the east half of Lot 25 must be permanently attached to Lot 11; 2) only
non dwelling structures can be constructed on Lot 25; 3) development on Lot 25 must'meet all ordinance
requirements; and 4) the area in Lot 25 cannot be included when determining impervious surface coverage for front lot
development.

Springs. All distances are approxirridte and will need to .be field
verified and certified by a Registered Land Surveyor.
