SPECIFY VARIANCE REQUESTED:y ®''.- We recently purchased the 1.6 acre (70,000 square foot) property shown on the attached survey from Wesley Tweeton and Joan Tweeton. To get our deed recorded so that we could get a mortgage on this property and occupy the house, it was necessary for Tweetons to convey additional property to us, including all of Tract 9 shown on the attached survey. Upon approval of a variance, we have agreed to re-convey to Tweetons the property that we did not purchase. The property we did not purchase includes a shop building owned by Tweetons and that Tweetons wish to retain. The property we purchased is more than double the size of the original lakelot, and represents an improvement to the original lakelot size. Reconveyance to Tweetons of the balance of Tract 9 would be attached to Tract 8. It would be an unnecessary hardship to have to go through the platting process for the single parcel that we just purchased. In order to properly evaluate the situation, please provide as much supplementary inlormation as possible, such as: maps, plans, Information about surrounding property, etc. APPLICANT SHALL BE PRESENT AT THE SCHEDULED HEARING.
