(7:00 p.m.) After discussion and consideration, Paul Larson made a motion, second by Steve Schierer and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 25’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the placement of a dwelling, as depicted on the drawing submitted with the application, no closer than 75’ from the ordinary high water level. Hardship is the terrain and topography of the applicant’s property. The Board noted that this is perhaps the best location if not the only location for the proposed development. The Board also noted that the variance as approved will provide the applicant with a reasonable use of his property and indicated that the variance as approved does not directly or ipdt grant any others variances for the proposed development. 7 <g. iffnan/(5tter Tail County Board of Adjustment Permit(s) required from Land & Resource Management t.Yes (Contact Land & Resource Management)!
