MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femiing and unanimously carried, to
approve a variance to subdivide Lot 24, Lida View Hills with the condition that the parcel
having 50' of lake frontage and 46.39' of width at the rear must be permanently attached to
Lot 23, Lida View Hills and with the condition that the balance of Lot 24, Lida View Hills,
will not be a buildable lot and must be permanently attached to that part of Government Lot
6 lying across the cul-de-sac and currently owned by Charles Arvidson, Annette Arvidson and
Douglas C. Arvidson.
