SOME HOW WE INADVERTANTLY MEASURED WRONG FROM THE OHWL AND ERECTED THE
STRUCTURE TO CLOSE TO THE OHWL THUS CREATING A HARDSHIP NOW BECAUSE #1. IT
IS ERECTED ON A CONCRETE SLAB. //2.IF HAD TO BE MOVED BACK IT WOULD CROWD THE
YEAR AROUND HOME WE PLAN TO ERECT. #3.IF USED AS A WATER ORIENTATED ACCESS-
ORIE STRUCTURE IT WOULD HAVE TO BE 40' FROM LOT LINE LINING IT UP IN FRONT OF
THE PICTURE WINDOW OF PROPOSED HOME AND IF HOME WAS TO BE BUILT FARTHER NORTH
WE WOULD HAVE TO DIG INTO A HILL. #4. CANNOT BUILD HOME FARTHER SOUTH AS SEPTIC
TANK IS ALREADY IN PLACE.

PROPOSED STRUCTURES.
NOTE: DUE TO TREES AND VEGETATION THIS STRUCTURE IS NOT VISABLE FROM THE LAKE.
