Great Plains Natural Gas Co. holds and maintains a restricted easement across the above noted property. This easement designates a strip of land fifty feet wide (twenty-five feet on either side of the center line of the pipeline) in which Great Plains shall have the permanent right, privilege and authority to cut down, clear or grub out any trees, brush or shrubs which in the opinion of the grantee may interfere with or endanger the surveying, laying, construction, operation, repair, alteration or maintenance, inspection, replacement, moving or removing of said pipe line. Great Plains also restricts the erection of any building or additions thereto which would encroach into the above stated fifty foot easement for the stated reasons. Yours truly.
