Valerie A Smischny - The variance as requested was denied and a modification of the variance was approved.

After consideration and discussion, Cecil Femling made a motion, second by Steve Schierer and unanimously carried,
to deny the variance as requested as no adequate hardship unique to the property had been shown that would not
allow for the granting of the variance as requested and noting that the applicant does have a reasonable use of her
property. After additional discussion and consideration, Robert Schwartz made a motion, second by Steve Schierer
and unanimously carried, to declare Lot 1 Sunrise View Beach Second Addition, a buildable lot for a non-dwelling
purpose/structure. The Bjaard noted that the variance as approved will provide the applicant with a reasonable use of
this substandard back lot^nd is con^i^teripwith prior Bodrd of Adjustment decisions.
