Motion
Tracy R Lindberg - Approved the variance as requested with conditions. (6:32 p.m.)
After discussion and consideration, Paul Larson made a motion, second by Joe Maske and unanimously carried, to
approve the variance as stated in the application and as depicted on the drawings submitted with the variance
application dated August 2, 2005 with the condition that no more than 25% of the total lot area can be covered with
impervious surfaces and with the condition that the septic tank will be placed at least 10’ from the side lot line. The
Board noted that the variance as granted will provide the applicant with a reasonable use of her property and also
noted that the existing structure was ahead of the string line. Mark Ronning, Land and Resource Department, also
informed the applicant that the septic system as proposed is considered an experimental system and the office cannot
certify that type of a septj

To Whom It May Concern:
The Lida Town Board has no objection regarding Brad & Tracy Lindberg placing part of
their drainfield on a portion of the road right-of-way adjacent to their property providing
the township or the pubiic has no responsibility or liability for damage to the drainfield or
possible road reconstruction.

We have an ownership interest in the property on the south side abutting the property owned by
Tracey R. Lindberg, Lindberg Law Firm, P.A. We understand that the owner is asking for a variance
allowing the placement of a drain field on township property which borders the north side of our
property line and runs approximately 35 feet towards our east property line. We have been shown
the blueprints and plans of the building project, including the septic and drain field.
We have no objection to the construction and placement of the dr^kT^eld and septic ^d we askjhat
the variance be granted. A /
