MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Dan Oehler and unanimously carried, to approve
the enclosure of three sides of an existing deck, which is part of an existing structure, with the
condition that this will be considered the water oriented accessory structure for this lot.
